In Altivole stands a modern single-family residence, built in 2018 and characterized by cutting-edge architectural style.
Our intervention involved the installation of new fixtures, with a particular focus on combining contemporary aesthetics and optimal energy performance. The windows have been equipped with internal glass shadings to ensure maximum living comfort. Additionally, we created flush-to-wall doors and baseboards, emphasizing the clean lines and modern design of the house. The entrance door, a significant element, was custom-designed to reflect the aesthetic needs of the client.
It was crucial chooshing the right materials in order to ensure durability and impeccable aesthetics. Paradigma bicomplanar fixtures, coated in lacquered and brushed oak, represent an excellent combination of strength and beauty. The glass in the living area was designed with a swing door and a fixed corner element, featuring internal venetian blinds to regulate lighting and shading.
On the ground floor, the fixtures are equipped with internal venetian blinds, while blackout curtains were installed on the upper floor.
The natural oak doors, with vertical grain and flush-to-wall design, add a touch of timeless elegance, emphasizing the clean lines and modern design of the house. The entrance door, a significant element, was custom-designed to reflect the aesthetic needs of the client.
Additionally, it was enriched with wood strips applied in low relief and an exterior kerlite coating, camouflaging the door and making the entrance a focal point of the design. On the sides, a modern design fixed glass was inserted to highlight the load-bearing iron column.
A crucial aspect of this project was a thorough study of the glass used.
This study aimed to optimize the chromatic rendering of colors inside the house while ensuring good thermal performance. The goal was to provide a bright and comfortable environment, maintaining the ideal temperature in all seasons. The careful selection of glass allowed for the creation of a home that combines modern aesthetics and energy efficiency, fully satisfying the client’s needs and offering a high-quality residential environment.
